PS3 Battlefield 3 voice chat not working? You may be entitled to a refund

Definitely broken and this game should have never been allowed to release like this.

 

There really should be some consumer rights-refund policy for broken games.

 

I bet if there was a threatned lawsuit, this problem would be fixed within a week.  I'm pissed.
