Skyrim Issues? Duh, of course, but has the smoking gun finally been found?

My problems on the 360 are far from the PS3 issues but these have been my compliants so far after 100hours.

If i move the analog sticks or press a button during any of the loading screens there is a decent chance the system will freeze.

If i'm in a the middle of an action or moving fast and press X to go inside or outside, i have a chance it will freeze or take much longer to load.

Framerate in third person drops by a lot, i would say sub 20fps. When spells are being cast by more then one person the FPS average 15-20. In some of the caves the FPS have dropped down to sub 5 when lots of spider webs around.

I have had two dogs vanish, one is under the companions house happened during a mission when going from outside to inside, i can still hear it around that house and near some of the walls of whiterun. Second dog i got from a mission sort of thing, and he vanished near some Imperial camp. Won't let me buy new dog.

I have stolen items listed in my inventory even though i never stole them. One time none of my furniture loaded in my house and all equipemnt chest were gone along with most walls, worked after a reload.

The audio and visuals are getting more and more out of sync during any combat now or when casting spells. Sounds going off before or after the animations all teh time.

If i turn the camera to fast and it catches any dark spot the screen goes black for 1-4 seconds. When fighting in the area around whiterun if my camera catches the sky, then goes back to the ground the screen is very much a red tint along with the enemies for 3-7 seconds. Looking at dark spot to light spot pretty much wrecks the colours and brightness for 1-3 seconds.

Overall the daytime dark areas are too dark so brightness needs to be adjusted but come night its way to bright. The colour is also vastly different from one location to another, so constant adjustmenst to my TV are needed just to keep the same colours from one location to another.

The audio is very poor aswell and its pretty clear just how low quality it is. The sound in some locations also provides a low sounding spinning noise, sounds like the 360 fan. I'm actually pretty sure its the exact same noise, as taking my headset on/off its impossible to tell a difference.
