I don't know since I play a mage. My spells do seem less powerful, takes more hits to take them down. Or maybe they tweaked the autolevelling? I suddenly get a lot more higher level enemies then I was used to. That would explain the harder magic hits as well.
It's oblivion all over again, petty thiefs with their glass armor everywhere. I wonder if they'll be wearing dragon scale armor next.
