Fair enough. Although I did wonder what you were trying to get accross with this, and to whom. That being said, pre-rendered is pre-rendered. Even if they are made "in-engine", they still do those cut-scene in video format because otherwise the system wouldn't handle those cut-scenes at a steady frame rate, or even render most of what is needed (Uncharted series, God of War 3 and Final Fantasy XIII being good examples of that). I understand that they're taking this approach for uniformity sake, but in the end, they're not really different from regular CGs. They serve the same purpose.
