Over the past few years ive been reading alot of post from various posters on here and on the net, things like ND is God they are the best devs for PS3 and even out of all devs in general. I never really heard of ND since playing UC DF i know they made games for the ps2 under the name Jax and daxter but i never played them, idk im not into ottsel's or fictional universes. Out of the past 3 UC games i only like DF's campaign but can appreciate UC2 AT as a game b/c it's a very polished game with responsive controls, great visuals both online and off, and introduced competitive MP which i think is the most fun and well balanced MP i ever played.
The problem with these posts that ive been reading about ND as devs and the OMG jizz in my pants posts from "screens" of UC3 before and even after it was released is that i believe the post and the posters have been mislead or in this case deceived. Now idk why noone on here has pointed this out already as many know i was a very well respected PS fan on this site, i was one of the top PS defenders on here in 08-09 and a well know and accurate sales analyzer of sony products, but one thing im not is someone who is going to defend something that is not worth defending and if i think someone or something is responsible of foul play then im going to say something about it, im not going to keep it under the covers b/c of my baisness
now on to the point of the thread

remember back in july when everyone was posting pics from the trailer of UC3? i to like them, was also impressed look how hot chloe looks, look how soft her skin is and the amount of eye shadow she's sporting. Well once the final game was release a few weeks ago that is what the exact same scene looks like no shadows, no hair detail, no eye shadow, and very poor if any lighting effects

here again we see footage from the UC3 trailer from july or so, but with the same results as are beautiful chloe up there no shadows, lesser resolution textures, worser lighting, and more importantly to us guys no eye shadow makeup
here we have exhibt C where we're comparing UC3 MP directly to UC2 MP, UC3 is to the right
now i know MP isnt going to look as good as the SP but damn UC2 MP did a pretty damn good job of it, this to me is unacceptable i always expect the sequels to surpass there predecessors in the graphical department or at least stay around the same, but some of UC3 MP images almost look last gen
and finally exhibit D running animation UC3 to the right
something i noticed immediately as i use chloe exclusivly in MP, can anyone explain to me why ND would even think about messing with UC2 animation? . . anyone? in the UC3 gif above there are so many things incorrect i dont even know where to start, its a very inefficient way to carry a heavy object when you're running its not a baby?!, her upper body looks like she's ape in mating season, and her lower body idk what to say look at the ass move to the left isnt that what is should look like when a female runs?
bottom line is idk and probably will never know why everyone thinks ND are gods, at the end of the day yeah there are stunning moments graphically in in both UC2 and 3's SP campaign but one has to take a step back and really look at what your looking at for example the desert scene in UC3 notice there are no enemies with all the high res sand or anything really but ground textures? and in UC2 the chapter :where am i" notice how drake can only walk really slow and you cant move your camera as fast to stress the FPS. Theres alot more of these type of smoke and mirror effects in both UC2 and 3, at the end of the day i feel the ND should of release UC3 in 2012 like epic did by delaying gears 3, i feel that the end overall product would of benefited. What was the point of releasing it this year with BF3 MW3 Skyrim ect i heavily believe that UC3 will be the last UC for the PS console and that the next PS will release in 2013-14 it would of been fitting to have UC3 in 2012 that way it wouldnt be long till PS gamers could play UC4 or whatever next gen game ND game comes out with.
