Skyrim Issues? Duh, of course, but has the smoking gun finally been found?

what's wrong with you guys? I remember I bought Fallout 3 for PS3 one year after release and it still was more buggy and had massive framerate drops and it freezed every five hours at least once. Skyrim only freezed two times after 50 hours and yes, there are framerate issues too, but hey, they are no big deal I think. Stop bitching and enjoy this masterpiece :)
