If you read the tweet it specifically mentions the "law" she broke. Disturbing the peace is another law in the UK.

well so she was arrested on racial outburst charges alone it seems..still deserves it imho BUT I do agree few months is way way too harsh. A day or so would have done just fine. Didn't know about that tid bit before so thanks for telling me.

But she was being racist. at least the way she came off was racist. She wasn't saying illegal immigrants should gtfo or something..she was specifically targeting people with different skin colors. Blacks..browns..etc. How is that not being a racist? It's not being foul mouthed that got her in hot waters.

Not true! She was not specifically targeting people with different skin colors. Only blacks or browns. Listen again. She was targeting polish people too. Polish are white if you don't know and there is a lot of polish immigrants in UK. So what she is targeting is exactly immigrants, no matter their color.
