1. No, she targetted the black people on the bus because the other passenger was talking to her. Before hand she was talking about everyone that wasn't British. Without watching the video again only one comment really comes off as racist. She was being Xenophobic with a touch of racism

1. nope she started off with 'black people'. and what about the 'brown people'? wtf did they do? she was talking under this impression that unless you are white you are not british which is absolute BS. her whole rant was racists not just one comment. I mean hell when the lady told her hey I'm British too she is like no you are black not british. I mean wtf? :S I just don't understand that line of thinking

3. Well the punishment was harsh but it was due imho and yeah she really is to blame for her own actions.
