If you read the tweet it specifically mentions the "law" she broke. Disturbing the peace is another law in the UK.

well so she was arrested on racial outburst charges alone it seems..still deserves it imho BUT I do agree few months is way way too harsh. A day or so would have done just fine. Didn't know about that tid bit before so thanks for telling me.

@zuvuyeay: no one is saying it won't happen anywhere else tho, I mean I for example said it outright at the very start that I see it over here as well. But she was being racist. at least the way she came off was racist. She wasn't saying illegal immigrants should gtfo or something..she was specifically targeting people with different skin colors. Blacks..browns..etc. How is that not being a racist? It's not being foul mouthed that got her in hot waters.
