That does not prevent future spam. Leo-j has been banned countless times, and he still pulls these stunts.

 So what do you suggest we do. Add in some measures to restrict posting? Why stop there? How about limiting users from 5 posts per day. Because if a user can only post 5 times a day, that must mean all the posts are good, right? What about all the other users here who haven't done anything wrong and want to continue posting at whatever rate they want? One of the best things about a forum is that it allows people to freely post their opinions or whatever without a second thought. If you put in restrictions and take away that freedom, the forum will fail. I could make an analogy about Free market vs. Communism but this thing is not so serious, so I won't bother.
