sure it is. it is one of the best this gen. not the best but top ten for sure. it could be even better with better gameplay like better aiming, better and more challenging puzzles and challenging climbing (it's really not more than climbing without any difficulty) ,  BUT aldro is a little bit too crazy like the groupies of a teen-band and if i look which taste most crazy groupies have (buying everything of their idols) and wouldn't know how good uncharted 3 is, i would think it has to be shit if someone acting like aldro and beeing like drakes overacting groupie.

 he's doing this for weeks now. hell he even did this before release he was so freaking crazy before release it could be the worst game ever he would still think it's the best of all time lol.

playing through a game ten times in three weeks or so is really crazy and it was clear he will sy this to the 3d mode. he would say this even if it would be only half as good. i don't say the uncharted 3 d mode isn't good, only that it doesn't say anything if he says this because it's uncharted

London part was slow as hell
Middle part of Syria was dragged out as hell


Thats my main complaintments of the game; but the overall experience is richer than any other game. Top 10 this gen, glad you feel that way ^.^. For me its nr 1. Were you here in 08 when I went mad in the exact same way over Metal Gear Solid 4? I have hyped games over the past here but the reason UC3 is so high aside from the graphical praise, is because after WHAT I saw ( and you must know how much I spoiled it for myself by posting videos about everything XD ) I was so amazed and once I finished the game, I thought to myself: Best game ever for me.


Uncharted 3 made Uncharted my favourite franchise of all. I loved Uncharted2, its in my top 3 games this gen. But my god, UC3 managed to not just beat it, it beat God of War 3 and MGS4 too and anyone here knows how much I love those games, ESPECIALLY MGS...

So yes, pardon me if I am coming on too strong, its just the way I am when I experience greatness... Greatness.. from small beginnings.

Played it on an 11th playthrough (I watched my mate play it though, I stayed the night, we played until 4 AM and I just got home). He was amazed by the game and said it's in his top 5 games this gen (Right there with MGS4, Halo 3, Mass Effect 2 and Skyrim). Couldn't ask for more as he thought Uncharted 2 was overrated xD

EDIT: My friend who loves to watch movies in 3D felt that this shat all over anything he has seen and that Sony should use ND's talent and UC3 to promote 3D because this, just like I felt aswell, was not a gimmick; it really immersified (<- real word?) the game.
