It's not a matter of looking at them and differentiating good from bad. I know how to do that. I shouldn't have to, however. You can't stop people from being idiots, but I see no problem in limiting the forms that their idiocy can take. There is no legitimate reason for posting multiple times within a minute. They're not possibly composing a thoughtful response in such a short time, and we shouldn't be exposed to the crap that dribbles from their mouths instead.
