Skyrim Issues? Duh, of course, but has the smoking gun finally been found?

Could you comment on the frame rate outside of this entire 6MB issue? I want to know if it's at least stable. Some people were saying it can dip to the 20ish regions during intense fights :/

ive noticed a slight drop in framerate when i first enter a city and i sprint around, its ok if i run normally. I cant say ive ever experienced and lag while in combat and ive just recently fought a frost dragon, but it was just me and the dragon onscreen so that would of helped.

Nothing ive experienced is anything like what ive seen on the videos shown, and the tiny bit i have has definitely not ruined my skyrim experience. I'll keep playing till it does get unbearable, but the patch is out on monday/tuesday anyway so i think i might have gotten away with it.
