Luckily it still runs fine inside dungeons. Outside don't walk to fast, let the game catch up. Aaah dam! 70 hours :( i hope bethesda release that patch soon and hopefully it solves all the gamebreaking issues. If not then i feel they would have made a big mess up going forward, and we all know how these kinda things turn out. Its a lose lose situation for all involved.
On the plus side 70 hours and you havnt touched the main quest 
thats amazing, maybe the developers should half the amount of time they spend making quests and put some more effort into testing and bug finding
