Nope, I didn't but as other people have said it seems it was just available for people in America and Canada. Naughty Dog are bound to do a Game of the Year Edition of Uncharted 3 so it might come with that.

well the beta will start early next year and I'm sure they will have an open beta as well. And also the game will be out way way before UC3 GOTY
