OK in terms against oblivion how addictive would this game be?

Its more addictive than oblivion! The main quest is actually really interesting, the dragons the shouts etc. Not to mention theres all the other content that elder scrolls games have which we already know is very satisfying to do. Theres also more upgrading and better leveling perks and so on. And it doesnt suffer from most of the quirks Oblivion had, like funny animations and things like that.

All in all its a better game, more polished more compelling, and more addictive.

But if you only have 20 hours you should pass. In games like these it doesnt matter how much of experience you have in a rpg, they take time to gain momentum. It also takes time for a player to really become engrossed.

Edit: Forgot to add that if you expecting a game thats different from oblivion then you will be dissapointed, it stil very much feels and plays like oblivion, but at the same time different. Its hard to explain. So if you going for that awesome new game experience feeling then rather go for something else which you can gain full value from within 20 hours.
