Sony says PS4 launching too long after competitor "Undesirable"!

I haven't heard of any rumours surrounding PS4 'target boxes' and certainly not dev kits handed out to developers. Maybe someone can provide me a link to such a rumour? Normally the game industry is a leaky sieve concerning such 'secrets'. I'm not so sure that Sony is as prepared as you suggest.
