No not really, if you don't contain the link content in future though I'll do it myself, just don't moan when I do.

Look Seece enough with this talk. You don't post the link content in your threads either. i just looked over a half dozen of your threads and most of them have a single sentence maybe a little more followed by the link to the story. How is that any different then what I have done I still provide the source just like you do, I just provide more content instead of a sentence or two.

You don't post the original article all the time either. I see sometimes you post the article but often you just give a link. No different then me providing the link via the Source at the bottom of most threads.

Also me not providing a link is not manditory. I actually have sources outside of the media I used to create threads based on what my sources said what I heard from industry insiders and such. But people were getting upset they wanted sources, I gave names of some sources like when I conducted interviews personally. But people wanted a media source.

As such I have held back on a lot of news and topics to wait for the other media networks to catch up. Now rather then just talking with sources and following their tweets and stuff. Now I have to follow IGN and all the networks so that I get the news from a source people want rather then from an actual source.

That is taking users into consideration. When I worked for the paper and different sites I didn't have to give media sources often. I would simply give the name of my source if he wanted his name revealed or say "A Nintendo Canada employee recently told me" etc...etc... But on VGChartz I am not a writer and I had to adapt for the sake of users to provide media sources.

Sort of sucks, yah the media does often beat me to some stories. But I have to wait for the media to report other stories before posting. In doing so often I get beaten to stories I would have given earlier.

The only thing I do that is wrong, Is I still write and act like a journalist even though I am not employed at the moment. Its hard to try and not act like a journalist. I love to write, I'm not trying to come off as high and mighty or arrogant just that I still write and act like a journalist.
