I'm going to go with the final boss from Drake's Fortune. That whole segment on the boat was amazing, with the rain. It was such a change of scenery and it was so cool. I haven't played it in years, but this part REALLY wow-ed me back in the day. They never did the bosses this well ever again.

That is your opinion but the final Boss in Drake's Fortune was quite frustrating, the Uncharted games aren't memorable for Boss battles.

I like frustrating things. Just makes it all the more enjoyable when you beat it, especially when it comes to bosses. It felt so freaking satisfying to let out all my frustration with a couple of punches to the boss duder. It wasn't just the boss though, it was the whole atmosphere the part built up, feeling as if you were trapped on that boat in the rain, it felt as if you only got one chance. I never liked the atmosphere of 2 and 3, except for in certain parts (see: desert in Uncharted 3), mostly they lost all sense of atmosphere for the Hollywood-feel though.

And yeah, they're not. Mostly because they have terrible bosses, at least Uncharted 2 and 3 do. Just because they're not remembered for their boss battles doesn't mean they can't be memorable to me. And yes, that is my opinion, you asked for my opinion, why else would you ask "What is your  favourite moment in the Uncharted series?"? I mean, come on now.
