I'm looking forward to a lot more games than I realized until I started making this list. At the very top of the list is of course Diablo III. Max Payne was on my list at one point, but the more I see and hear about the game, the more disappointed I become.

Not at all, you even included two games I forgot, Tomb Raider and Ninja Gaiden 3. I'm still not expecting Versus till at least 2013.

same here, but with square saying they want shorter dev. cycles FFv13 could mark the start of that movement
