Aprisaiden said: Here are the things i want Specs: - New powerful CPU that also has the ability to emulate the CELL. (Probably use a Quad core design, add a few SPU's if they are needed for backwards compatibility with PS3/PSN games) - New GPU, it should be around a HD 7850 in power, maybe a little stronger, also add eDRAM to it for the PS2 backwards compatibility development advantages early on. - 8gb of RAM, (4gb system (DDR4 if possible, 4gb graphics (GDDR5 if possible) - 4x USB 3.0 ports (3 in the front, 1 in the back) - Gigabit Ethernet connection - 802.11g/n for Wireless. - Bluetooth 3.0 or better (maybe 4.0 if its cheap enough) - 12x Blu-ray drive speed. - HDD Software: - New Naughty Dog game at launch. - Killzone 4 in the first few months - GT6 with 12 months of the system launching. - More developer friendly than PS3. - NO Mandatory installs (optional installs are fine) - NO day-one patches. Make developers wait 7 days before patching the game. OS: - In-game music at a OS level (eg. its in all games) - Youtube upload at a OS level - Allow me to do more things while using the in-game OS interface (eg. access the internet or PSN Store) - Allow users to customize there in-game OS interface. (eg. If i can't use a feature i want the ability to hide) - Offer good integration with PS Vita (remote play, etc) PSN: - All current PSN games work on PS4. - Add cross-game chat. Pricepoint: $399 US launch price. $60 RRP for retail games, games also available on PSN. SONY at break-even or slight profit with hardware from day one.

4GB of VRAM? Really?
---------------------
Anyway, i will say my idea again:
PS4 needs to have a EXTERNAL GPU. Its IS possible, and would make the system affordable in the start, but very powerfull for those that want to upgrade later own.
