As for pirating games, i'm (mostly) with them, i don't do it in most occasions, sure i downloaded the Crysis 2 leak, but that was after i had already pre-ordered it, paid for the pre-order, and knew i wasn't going to cancel it, so i don't feel guilty at all.
As for movies & tv shows, it's a different story.
I download movies, for either one of these reasons:
1: Already own the movie on dvd/blu-ray but want it on my harddrive for convenience. - Don't feel guilty.
2: pre-ordered it already, but don't want to wait to watch it. Don't feel guilty.
3: I know it's either a average movie that i don't want to pay for, or a great movie that i know made 100's of millions of revenue, if not 1 billion+ Don't feel guilty..
I do buy movies if i think they're worth it.
As for tv shows:
Sorry, but i don't want to wait 3 years after release to be able to watch House & Game of Thrones on tv, so i download them, and hell no, i don't feel guilty.
