No that was Masashi Hamauzu, who did the XIII soundtrack. Uematsu did nothing for XIII.

He made FFVI sountrack. That is enough to test how EPIC he is.

He also helped in a little of Chrono Trigger's soundtrack, once again, proving he is epic.
