For some reason I never get sick of next-gen wishlist threads! (no sarcasm, I actually like them).

1. More power - and I don't mean necessarily better graphics (1080p should be sufficient for another generation) but just more processing power so games can have more stuff going on at one time and can be more complicated, better physics, better gameplay, etc. I hope to see 1080p (native) and 60FPS games at launch and all throughout the generation.

2. Better online - Cross-game chat is an absolute must! This is easily the biggest thing missing from PS3. Also just better servers and what-not to match next-gen Xbox Live. I honestly wouldn't mind paying an annual fee if it means online equal to XBL (or better). They missed out on hundreds of millions of potential dollars by not keeping online free this gen. If they feel like making it free then be my guest, but nobody would blame them for charging.

3. Better games close to launch. There was nothing to play on PS3 until about Fall 2007 besides Resistance and Oblivion (for me anyways)...so please Sony, plan to have some good games at launch for the PS4. GT6 at launch would be amazing, plus one of their shooter franchises like Killzone 4 or Resistance 4, and a family friendly game like LittleBigPlanet3 or something like that.

4. Price had better be $300 tops for the entry model. I think they could do like a $300 250gb model and a $400 500gb model or something like that. If they only do one SKU it had better be $300...or at the VERY most $400 with a price drop the next year to a more reasonable $350 or $300.

5. Slim re-design earlier on in the life. Say the PS4 launches in Fall 2013...I would love to see a PS4 Slim around 2015 accompanied with a $50-100 price drop. I'm a sucker for re-designs, I bought both the PS3 slim and Xbox 360 slim after owning both regular fat models. Re-designs breathe new life into the console and would give PS4 an edge going into holiday 2015.

6. Please please please just have a regular dualshock 4 packed in with the console, keep PS Move related stuff sold separately. I would like to see Dualshock 4 be redesigned to be slightly bigger/heavier (only like 10% bigger or so) and have the joysticks repositioned more like the 360 controller. Basically I just want it more like the 360 controller to put it simply. I grew up with dualshock and I love it but I have to admit 360 has the best controller.

7. Make it easy to develop for, and keep using Blu-ray (no new format system). Blu-ray is probably the biggest reason the PS3 "failed" (by failed I mean didn't come 1st place) since it forced them to delay the system and make costs astronomical...so they better keep using it next gen to get their money's worth out of it. I would like it easy to develop for so we get games of equal quality to the Xbox 720 version and without delays.

8. Keep up the great work on new (or just re-booted) exclusive IP's. This gen we got Uncharted, Resistance, Heavy Rain, LBP, LA Noire, Valkyrie Chronicles, InFamous and more! Plus Killzone was brought back from the dead and is in full swing. Hopefully we get this many good exclusive IP's next gen.

This seems like a lot of demands but really its quite simple. All I want is a slightly more powerful console at a good price point, with good games and good online.
