Actually I feel they delivered on all points for me: Pricing (aggressive holiday pricing, and will probably drop price in the wake of a 720 announcement or sometime next year when sales start to slide), Games (Forza, Gears, and the Halo anniversary. Strong 3rd party support), Reliability (newer 360 failure rates are so low, so they've delivered since the Slim launch).
Really all I can ask for now is more games. 2012 is uncertain outside of Halo 4 and The Witcher in terms of console exclusive games that I can think of.
They should work on doing better in EMEAA to as well, to rebound in holiday sales and chip away at the PS3 lead this year. But might be a bit late for that.
It's just that simple.
