No, see, you're not. Unless you browse on a lot of sites that have insignificant American userbases.

Because the USA can use this to block all incoming traffic, that means all websites with significant traffic from America have to follow this law so that they can retain access to the American market

its like saying we don't take oil from Middle or russia,the world will crash so it won't happen

Why would it take a worldwide effort for the US to block sites from being vewed in the US? What will happen is that these sites will not be able to make enough money with out the ad revenue from the amricans and they will most likely fail and be replaced by more country specific sites.
