first thing is power off the PSU and hit the power button a few times to discharge then try to turn the computer on again. second thing is to reset the bios, look at your instruction manual, if both don't work then see if you have a backup PSU to test things with, if that doesn't work, you are in fucking pain land since you'd have to test different parts after that.
