Your CPU's probably fine.

Open up your case, reset your battery (it says in your motherboard manual how to do that). Then reboot. Still doesn't start? Try switching the power supply unit (if you have any lying around). If it works now, you have toasted your PSU (which would be crazy, as the Corsair 650w should be very reliable, but it's even more unlikely that you fried your CPU).

If you really fried your CPU, it's your own fault though. Overclocking is not done the way you did it. Small steps man, small steps.

Yeah reset the battery/did the jumper thing still nothing. took it apart rechecked the wiring, notta. started going one piece at a time and got it to boot with only the main power to the motherboard. but when i put in my cpu power back in and does the split second fan spin and notta.

So now I am thinking either the cpu fried (most likely) or somehow the power port on the motherboard and/or the psu rails fried. lol not sure how likely that one is.

Oh well I shouldnt have rushed this build just trying to get it going asap
