Ok im having trouble sorting something out in the game.
Ive became a vampire, so to cure it i had to go to falion. i went to falion and filled a black stone with a soul, He then told me to meet him at the summon circle at daw so he could perform the ritual to cure me.
But he never turned up, so i waited till next dawn and he didnt turn up again, ive now became a full fledged vampire and can no longer enter cities or anything because everybody is hotile towards me.

so basically what do i do now to cure myself???

EDIT

well it turns out the game has massively fucked up and im now Stuck as a vampire forever! i used the WAIT feature and waited 2 hours so it was around 5am, it then came up that id met falion at the circle even though had hadnt and he still wasnt there. So the next ting i had to do was TALK to him. Well he was in his house so i ventured from the circle to his house and spoke to him but theres no Unique dialogue for him to do anything, Probably because he's in his house and not the circle. so there is nothing at all i can do to get cured. ANOTHER bug ive encountered and its now ruined my gaming experiance because i do not want to have the disadvantages of being a vampire. FFS.

Odd, I did that same quest (the cure for Vampirism, not Sanguinare Vampiris), and Falion appeared just right. Did you check if he wasn't attacked on the way to the circle, since it's a bit away from his house? Why don't you roll back to a previous save or auto-save and see if he appears?

I've had important characters killed on Dragon attacks (Galmar and Ralof during the siege of Whitehall, before entering the city an Elder Dragon attacked in the midst of the battle >_<) and I had to roll back to a previous save or else the entire Stormcloack faction quests would be annulled.
