If that's the case the Bill of Rights has been violated for years! What would happen if you broke into a Sony game studio and trashed the entire place? If Sony chooses to file charges, you're going to jail. Now if you post copyrighted material, say Uncharted 3 code, online with this new bill Sony will have the power to file charges if they want and handicap/take down your website. How is the first one ok if the second is not?

No judicial oversight. It isn't a matter of due process, it's a matter of whining to the Justice Department and watching them do stuff for you.
Due process has long been a central tenet of Rule of Law, which this violates flagrantly
