i have to ask a question, after reading some stuff off the wikipedia link:
Ars Technica on Nov 17 2011 reported the appearance of a new anonymous top-level domain outside of ICANN control.[30]
^ can someone explain that to a dumbtard like me? i only understand the date put in there, not all that other stuff. (i read about ICANN in the past, theyre the guys of teh internetz, no? but yeah, i only understand.. nothing.)
I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!
