All 3 lists look good, as far as quality titles. As for what is Better for me, I would have to say the Wii. It is simple, its the only one I own. I dont plan on buying the FPS Box. Sony has not convinced me to pay $600 for the PS3. In general, I favor Sony's first party titles over MS. And since alot of the 3rd Party is multi, Sony would be the way to go, eventually.
