Its fairly simple. Take away the games. Or kick him out onto the street if hes stubborn about it. Then allow him back into the house only to study and do school work.
All of this, of course, is just my opinion.
Skyrim 100%'d. Dark Souls 100%'d.
Dark Souls > Skyrim.
Halo 4 is the best damn FPS since Halo 3.
