yea ps3 is doing a good job clawing it's way out of 3rd place :) ive never seen a 3rd place console in any previous gens the way this 1 has worked
i mean the ps3 is right at microsoft's heel's and im sure microsoft want to atleast be in 2nd place like it was last generation.
yea i heard the "rumours" and hell i dont blame them if they are because i think microsoft is probably aware that Sony might release it's console in 2013. I cant blame microsoft for being scared i mean if microsft launches their console after or at the same time sony does it wont be like microsoft can clap at sony's heels the whole generation the way ps3 has with the 360. That can only be seen by a company like sony
and 360's savior this gen(Kinect) will be a non factor next generation because all Sony has to do is just upgrade the PSEye to the next Kinect's level(which they will do!)
and LOL dont give in to that PolyphonyDigital "perfectionist" crap. Polyphony shot GT5 Prologue out quick and it showed that they knew what they were doing with the ps3. i believe they were just riding out the whole Turn10's Forza 2 and 3. They looked at what Turn10 was doing and just simply out-did what they knew Turn10 could achieve on 360(1000 cars,weather,nascar,night/day cycle etc). Forza 4 proves what PolyphonyDigital was aiming for(seeing as how Turn10 was not able to outdo gt5 in those areas even though it came out later)
as far as sony making 2 dumb moves with PSVita.. okay tell me this, name 1 time that Sony released 1 of it's platforms before it's competitor? *crickets* exactly NEVER! They ALWAYS release IN competition!! I said it right there in the OP! On them missing the Na/Eu Holiday season i guess they dont want to "rush" anything like the way we seen Nintendo rush the 3DS
no not too many people sided with ps3. I mean the sales spoke for themselves(near the beginning of the generation) most people sided with 360 because it had all the games, the superior online, had achievements, it's games looked AND ran a lot better on it's system while ps3's looked "washed up" AND *drumrolls* 360 was $200 cheaper! while only older people got ps3 because it was a blu-ray player since it had "no games" <-- remember those day's back in 06,07 and early 08? :)
oh and we all know Forza 5 is in development lol
Forza has been pushed to the limit this generation and since microsoft dont really have their own games i dont see why they wont do the same next generation
