Flattered by some of the mentions in this thread! Not a thought I entertain, though. I just like commenting. I suck at creating.
Me, I like the way guys like Cgi and Highwaystar101 handle themselves. Cgi is pretty non-offensive and Highwaystar is a goddam genius (trying to play it cool because I've always been a fan of his......). Most of the other guys I like are already or have already been members of the VGC staff (SPDK 1, Rubang B). I like their interesting writing styles. Anybody can report but not everybody can make it interesting.
Speaking of interesting, I have to go with the Rol, too. He definitely knows his stuff. People like me can go to a site like IGN and see almost immediately when the writer doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, hasn't experienced a lot of games, or just doesn't know their gaming history. Rol knows his shit. He knows the most obscure shit about his obscure shit. Love him or hate him, you gotta respect that--and readers would, too.
