Might I add that, while it doesn't feature the graphics and presentation of these two juggernauts, and the story has quite a few moments that make absolutely no sense at all, Batman Arkham City is better than Gears and Uncharted, in my opinion.
No matter which side of the fence you sit on, you have access to this year's best game (Screw you, Skyrim!).
