nah, i think they'll release it on PS3. (While Gt7 will definetly be a PS4 title, but i dont think they break their '2 GTs per Gen' tradition. and making GT6 with the Toobox that is  GT5 shouldnt take that long. And on top, they should have noticed by now, that good games can be dev'd faster -> Forza.)

Sure, they've taken it too far on the PS2, throwing in so many Cars already. (And going back to a smaller ammount after advertising their games with 'look at how many Cars there are.. !', it could turn out to be bad publicity.) 

But since they have their first real PS3 Game out now, they can simply reuse what they've did,  and refine it a bit. (and give every Car Cockpit view) - which may spare them a lot of time. So yeah, not throwing in another GT on PS3 would be stupid in the end, since they can skip Engine Works, a huge ammount of texturing, etc.
