Its just the way it works bro.
Arkham City on the 360 had 96. It went to 95 and seems to be resting at 94.
Forza 3 had 93 and I honestly thought it was the highest rated game behind Portal 2 when it launched.. its at 91 at the moment.
Uncharted 3 had 94, and seems to be resting 92 at the moment.
the +-2 is very common when more and more reviews are added. All of those games are amazing, especially UC3 ;P
