Doubt it. There will always be a difference because home devices have much more room (PC's for example)

Yes tecnically speaking there will always be difference, what I mean is in terms of gaming industry that difference may become less relevant in the future. Actually I won't be suprised if mobile and home gaming markets will merge in the future.
