The one that directly deals with this OP is a 10yr old boy that Joe Paterno actually saw Sandusky having sex with. That is why Peterno deserves to be fired and arrested IMO.

Paterno didn't see it. Mike McQueary did.

ooops guess I read that wrong somewhere... I knew someone saw and told their boss. I guess the 'boss' was Paterno.

Still rest of my point stands... Paterno and McQueary deserve legal penalties for not reporting it to police.

There is some point at which you have to trust your superiors to make the right decision, although i imagine McQueary might have figured out that either Paterno or whoever the hell Paterno reported to didn't tell when nothing came of it
