Disagree with all of what you said except for 2 things.
Firstly yes maps are somewhat disappointing, especially considering all the great maps we had in COD4 and MW2. I personally much prefer smaller maps as it leads inevitably to more action, but they just simply put too many buildings, tables, chairs, railings, etc, etc that leads to too many hiding places, and it becomes impossible to check every corner. Perfect examples of this are Carbon and Seatown where there's just too much clutter in the maps. On the other hand there are some decent ones like Dome and Resistance, also a few others as well. I think they got the map sizes right, just should have kept them a bit more open.
Second are the killstreaks, where the stacking is back. This was one thing that Black Ops got absolutely right, and now they decide its a good idea to let one ks stack kills to get to another. This leads to hundreds of killstreaks in the air one after another. I really hope they patch this or something, or it could get as bad as MW2 in terms of ks spamming, or even worse with all the new killstreaks.
Bar the above 2 problems, the game is extremely fun, and I am enjoying it more than I'm agonizing over the problems. The ARs and sub-machine guns are 2 classes I use and both are great in this game. Sound and graphics are pretty good too, they made improvements in those aspects where improvements were necessary. So yea, overall great game, just needed some adjustments.
