Even though USA didn't join the war till late 41 they still provided the Allies with a lot of supplies. One interesting fact was that Hitler didn't have to declare war on USA. He did since he felt they wouldn't be a factor till after Russia was taken down. The agreement between Japan and Germany meant that they only had to declare war if another country attacked them not them attacking another country. So technically, Germany didn't have to declare war against the USA but I am sure USA would eventually declare war if Germany hadn't.
