While the jaggies are definitely worse on the PS3, I do prefer its lighting. The lighting in the 360 makes some of the lamps look like miniature suns. Other than that, all looks relatively similar to me. Colors do look a little washed out on the PS3, but they always seem that way in these comparisons. Which is actually puzzling to me, because it seems these sites always have their RGB range set to limited. I have mine set to full, and I have yet to see a game look that washed out on my TV.
