Interesting I thought about the same thing not in this context but more like this: Maybe life is what we do for fun to not be bored through eternity and after death we choose another life to live. Could be real theoretically. Maybe as members of an ancient civilization that passes time this way and to find out who you really are, good or bad. Given god like powers I would create the real life versions of Anime, Movie, Game and TV universes and relive the characters. Sometimes beeing aware of my god like powers sometimes thinking I am this person. I always wanted to be Luffy, Naruto, Ichigo and bring some real life badassness with me, especially Blackjack and hookers. How would those worlds change with me beeing me . What would I do as the T-800 ? Or as Gordon Freeman. The possibilities are endless. Its kind of selfish but with ultimate power I could end all suffering on earth and go away to create all the universes I would like to visit no reason to stick around much longer. Maybe I would take friends and family with me.
