Wow, that has absolutely nothing to do with the OP. And last I checked, Fox News is actually one of the most, if not the most watched, news channel.

Yea, I think the doctor was used as a scapegoat, someone for MJ's diehard fans to be angry at for his death. I think at most he should have been charged with malpractise and had his licensed suspended or revoked. But to have the charge of manslaughter over his head for the rest of his life is a bit much.
