Having been more or less forced to follow the trial (due to catching it along with everything else on Headline News every morning all throughout the trial while i did my workout), the evidence certainly leaned far in the direction of him being criminally negligent. The Defense's own fricking expert witness testified that he would not have done what Dr. Murray did.
