Here goes my Monday morning stuff again:

Cle 12 Hou 30 The Texans record is about where it is at this time every year. Let's see if they can not have the late season slide this time and make the playoffs. I feel for the Cleveland fans. I really do.

TB 16 NO 27 The Saints decide to show up this week. Drew Brees has thrown for over 3,000 yards in nine games. Yes, that is a NFL record. He has a completion rate of over 75%. With all due respect to Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, Drew is currently the best QB in the NFL.

Mia 31 KC 3 Congratulations Dolphins. You played hard and blew out the Chiefs. Maybe it's time to change the name of the AFC West to the AFC Worst.

Sea 13 Dal 23 It wasn't a great win for the Cowboys, but a win is a win and I'm sure that they'll take it. I know that the Seahawks won the NFC West last year, but I don't think that Pete Carroll is a NFL coach. It's okay, Lou Holtz wasn't either.

Den 38 Oak 24 Tim Tebow's stats: 124 passing yards and 117 rushing yards. Still he gets the win. To be honest, I'm cheering for this guy since so many want him to fail. Carson Palmer has a great stat line until you get to the 3 picks. He's good enough to lose, just like in Cincinnati.

NYG 24 NE 20 Eli Manning is having a great year. I hope that he starts to step out of his brother's shadow. The media has been unnecessarily hard on him because he's not his brother. The Patriots lose two in a row and Brasdy's 31 game home win streak ends. I love it!

GB 45 SD 38 The Packers are starting to remind me of the Kurt Warner led Rams. Their lack of a defense forces their phenomenal offense to score a million points a game. It makes the QB's margin for error minimal in a track meet like this one. The Chargers honestly had a chance at victory and lost the game because of Philip River's two pick sixes.

I have no idea what's going to happen tonight. I hope that the Bears win though. Go Bears!

The Browns simply have no offensive presence...at all.

Tom Brady lost his status as #1 QB much earlier into the season, as far back as that Bills loss. Joe Flacco, Eli Manning...somehow those usually mediocre (moreso Flacco than Eli) QBs did what it took to lead their teams to victories. Eli especially played tremendous football, and since he is usually quiet and reserved, did not get the credit he deserves as an ELITE quarterback. Brady has done it as well, but against some terrible teams. He is getting a pass off brand name for weeks now; his performance is standout only because the Patriots overall are not actually  as great as they've been made out to be.

Is Reggie Bush Kush really on the rise up?....Nah, probably not, but it was good to see. All the analysts put KC above the Dolphins and crushed Matt Moore...that's why I tend not to listen to them.

The fumble by Dez Bryant was...devastating in that game. Sure the Cowbells still won, but I felt like the rhythmn of the entire game changed after that. Tarvaris Jackson could've won that game if not so many mistakes were forcefully made. Marshawn Lynch was runnin his butt off so the running game wasnt the issue. Tony Romo gets to escape with a dirty victory now, but the contending teams just will not stand for that against the Cowboys. Also, I need to start selling hamstrings. With the lack of how many NFL players have a working one, I can make millions.

Tebow to Decker is all that matters in my Fanstasy Football biased mind. Timmy T can keep his job for another week. I'm just glad he kept turnovers to a minimum and once again shoved humble pie into the face of a few more haters. Raiders need Run DMC back, but Michael Bush is a starter in his own right. Carson Palmer....should have just retired a disgruntled and broken QB.

Eli developed a clutch gene all of a sudden and beat the Patriots again. Jake Ballard pulled of his own version of THE CATCH late in contention and helped the G-Men clinch a very important victory. What the Giants have to do going forward is to stay consistent. They tend to go into late season slides and lose confidence.

Green Bay needs to find a running game so that there isn't so much time for these desperate comebacks to happen. The ironic problems is Aaron Rodgers' super-effective efficiency. When you only have one more incompletion than touchdowns, your passing game is of an unusually high potency. With the offense being around so briefly, the defense is therefore around too long, and with the way Green Bay applies pressure, they allow more big plays. When the opponents are always down by 2-3 touchdowns, big plays are the only things attempted in order to secure a victory. I also find it interesting how Packers games have always seemed to be ending in the past 16 or so contests - a Green Bay interception to close out the game.
