It appears Sonic Generations doesn't suck...is the Sonic cycle doomed?

Which demo did you play? I remember playing the Xbox 360 demo when it came out in april this year and being quite disapointed at visuals and gameplay. The final game is much better than that demo which looks like a pre-beta phase.

I played the 360 demo, yeah. Is the final game more zoomed out and maybe a touch slower in 2-D mode? The move speed in Sonic 2 is about the sweet spot for me, when it comes to 2-D gameplay....
