As far as any publisher can be held to "create" anything, Uncharted is at least completely theirs, since they own the IP and published and fully-own the developer. I don't doubt that Sony owns the subsequent IPs, but they did not own Sucker Punch when InFamous was developed, and continue to not own Insomniac
