Yes the US daylight savings time changes on the first Sunday of every November.

Does that mean it changes in a couple of hours? That would bring the kickoff times for the NFL back in line with the usual times in Europe.

Yep, I don't know if it changes by time zone or if they wait until the pacific time zone reaches midnight. I usually forget about it and miss things. If it changes by time zone, two of the four major US time zones have already changed.
